What information do we collect from you?

We collect information about you when you make an application to us for finance. This information is your full name, maiden name (if applicable), residential address, time at address, previous address (if applicable), date of birth, national insurance number, contact information, accounts and/or bank statements. This information is collected for lawful and legitimate business purposes.

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to process your application for finance, to obtain a credit reference that enables us to consider the full range of personal information when making a decision as to whether to lend to you and to manage your account and, if you agree, to contact you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.

We use your information, collected from the website, to personalise your repeat visits to our website.

In processing your application for finance, we will send your details to, and will also use credit ratings, for manual decision making, from credit reference agencies.

Where we store your personal data

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers here in the UK. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
